Billing Information

Depending on the type of care you received, you may have separate accounts with different account numbers.  Some examples of services which may be billed separately from AlliedPath are hospital, outpatient radiology, outpatient surgery, and or ongoing therapies.  You may also receive several bills from physicians (including radiologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists and other specialists) and other providers involved in your care.

AlliedPath can only answer questions and address issues with your reference laboratory bill.

 

Insurance Information

AlliedPath will bill your primary insurance and only bill your secondary insurance when mandated by the primary payer i.e. Medicare.  To view a list of insurance companies we currently bill, click here. 

It is important to remember that health insurance coverage varies and some services may not be covered.  Co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services will be your responsibility according to your health insurance coverage.
